Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Little Habits! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns (7 Days After Delivery)

At Little Habits, we want you to love what you buy.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 7-day window

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Customised / printed T-shirts

  • Clearance items

  • Personal care and hygiene products

Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

3. Return Shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping

  • Damaged or faulty items: Little Habits covers return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • 3–7 business days for standard refunds
    (Previously 5–10 days, now updated per your instructions.)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
