If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 7-day window

Opened or used products
Customised / printed T-shirts
Clearance items
Personal care and hygiene products
Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping
Damaged or faulty items: Little Habits covers return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
3–7 business days for standard refunds
(Previously 5–10 days, now updated per your instructions.)
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
